PRACTICE POINTER:  In these types of situations it may be better to follow the old saying that if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all. The agent above could have easily responded by merely indicating she would not recommend referring clients to the Inspector (and omitted calling him a “total idiot”) and would likely have avoided the harrowing experience she is now going through. Don’t let your emotions get the best of you and remember that you can be held accountable for any statements you publish about the services of another.
